NO HIDDEN FEES
CLEAR EASY PRICING STRUCTURE
We charge a flat monthly fee. When you need a new tenant we charge 1 month rent as the acquisition fee. If a tenant leaves within 1 year, we will find a new tenant for free. Details are below.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Monthly fee of $110 + Tax.
We charge a monthly fee that covers admin work, on-site inspections, communications with tenants and meeting contractors on-site. There are no extra monthly fees.
We charge a fee equal to one month of rent to find new tenants.
Completing background checks, credit checks, employment verification and showing the rental unit to prospective tenants. If anything in the tenant application doesn't sound right we will keep on looking. All tenants that pass our checks are reviewed with you before advancing to the next stage. Prospective tenants must pay the deposit in full before they're able to sign the tenancy agreement.
