Let me introduce myself. I’m Jared, a husband, dad of 3, easy going guy and investor who has a passion for rental income & properties. The red-hot real estate market of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) is where we’ve established ourselves as a small family-run business you can trust. Our home base is in the Aurora area.

We limit the number of properties we actively manage so that service quality is high and you have direct access to me, whenever you need it.

Here are my personal goals for all rental properties. I look for properties that are in a good area (good schools, close to transit etc.), can produce a return on invested capital and focus on being picky to find good, long term renters. We assist with account receivable and account payable activities (paying utility bills, splitting utility bills between tenants etc.)

Communicate with tenants directly | Perform annual inspections of the tenant space | Perform semi-annual inspections of the building exterior | Show the property to prospective tenants

    Jared approached me when one of my units listed for rent in his neighborhood and asked if I'm looking for someone to help with property management. I wasn't interested as I've never had a property manager in the past and didn't see the value in it. He offered, for free, to take care of the next issue that came up. Within days I had one unit with a broken microwave and another with a clogged sink. He took care of them both right away! That night I decided to make it official and contract his services. These days I hardly ever hear from my tenants and I love it.
